I've done it before with a few poems - it's just a simple option to click. I chose to center it because it's an example of a Diamond poem, sort of. The idea being that you start with one thing, and then turn it to end with a completely different thing. It usually works best with opposites, and you can meet in the middle with similarities or juxtaposition. This particular Diamond poem (it's also supposed to take that approximate shape), isn't a very good example, though. I'll eventually use the form again and actually write something okay with it.
