ReplyDeleteI think of it as a common phrase, linked by rhyme and meaning. How is it slang? Does it have some new/weird use in the internet?
DeleteNot sure about the exact meaning, but if you search it verbatim on YouTube you can find loads of funny videos that meet the topic.
ReplyDeleteSide note: I also realize "wouldn't couldn't shouldn't" appeared somewhere in the old movie "Scent of a Woman".
